Leah Canada, Customer Support - Team Leader
Running Data collection and Survey services on behalf of our clients, Leah is also responsible for the initial training of new Virtual PA’s and members of the call answering team. Her day-to-day responsibilities see her answering telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, managing calendars and setting up meetings, both physical and virtual.
With a CIM Level 3 Award in Marketing Principles, Leah also supports our Digital Marketing team as they look after social media channels for a number of client businesses. Responding to Social media enquiries and increasing audience engagement are all in a days’ work as she continues her studies and professional development.
Away from the office, Leah enjoys experimenting with hairdressing. By no means a novice, she earned an NVQ Level 2 Award in Hairdressing whilst attending Highlands College. A real foodie, she loves to cook, and likes nothing more than to sit down and enjoy her gastronomic creations, whilst watching a good Horror movie.
